Return
We want every VCI Hair customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. However, if you need to return an item, please review our return policy below:

Return Timeframe: Items must be returned within 15 calendar days of the delivery date.

Product Condition: Hair extensions must be unopened, unused, and free from odors.

Tags and Packaging: Please make sure that the item is accompanied by its original tags, including accessories, and that the packaging is in pristine condition.

Exception: Please note that final sale items and accessories are not eligible for return or exchange.
Please keep in mind that VCI Hair is a paperless platform, so your items will not include a return slip inside the box.
Exchange
We offer hassle-free returns and exchanges, providing a full refund or exchange within 15 calendar days from the delivery date. For assistance, reach out to us at contact@vcihair.com. Please note that Final Sale items and accessories are not eligible for exchange.
Return Label
Kindly note that we do not provide a return label. It is your responsibility to arrange and cover the cost of returning the items to us. If you are an international customer, please be aware that import duty or tax may apply, and we will notify you accordingly.
Return Address
Please send the item to 85 Great Portland Street, First Floor, London, England, UK, W1W 7LT. Use the original box for safe transit and include your order number/name inside the parcel.
Proof of Postage
Remember to obtain a proof of postage receipt when you leave your return parcel with the courier. Without proof of postage, we will not be able to process a refund if your return does not reach us.
Missing Return
If your return goes missing in transit, you must resolve the issue with the courier. Use an appropriate delivery service that covers the cost of the items.
Delivery Costs and Duty
Please be aware that delivery fees and duties are non-refundable. If you received complimentary Standard UK delivery, the associated cost of £4.99 will be non-refundable. Additionally, for international returns, a discount of £4.99 is applied to all deliveries, and this cost is non-refundable.
Responsibility for Failed Delivery
If you fail to retrieve or reject your delivery, the parcel is typically returned to VCI Hair. You will be responsible for any associated delivery costs. International orders may also incur import duties and taxes.
Sanitisation Fee
A sanitisation fee of £20 will be charged for any returned hair extensions that have been opened and unworn. This fee covers the necessary processes to restore the item to its original condition and ensure its suitability for resale.
Return Policy Reminder
We reserve the right to decline returned products that do not adhere to our stated return policy. Rejected items will be returned to the original delivery address without processing a refund.
