Order Processing Time
Before dispatch, please note the processing times for your order:

Standard: Up to 4 days, Complimentary

Priority: Up to 2 days, £5.99

Express: 1-day, £8.99 (orders placed after 3:00 pm GMT will be processed the next business day)
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day, Monday to Friday. Overseas orders may take up to 2 business days for processing. Please note that during promotional periods, processing and delivery times may be extended due to high order volumes.
Important Points to Note

Orders cannot be cancelled or adjusted once placed.

We do not deliver to P.O. boxes; please provide a physical address.

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order is dispatched.

Ownership and Responsibility
Ownership of the goods transfers upon delivery to your address or nominated neighbour. If your parcel hasn't been delivered within the suggested timeframe, contact us at contact@vcihair.com within 14 days. Contacting us beyond this period may limit our ability to assist.
Damage Upon Delivery
In case of a damaged parcel upon delivery, save the box and products, and email us at contact@vcihair.com within 7 days to report the damage. Contacting us beyond this period may limit our ability to assist.
Backorders
If you place a backorder, note that an 8% fee applies for cancellations after placement. We do not provide an estimated time of arrival for backorders; our typical prediction for stock replenishment is up to 4 weeks.
Delivery Status Concerns
For any concerns within 14 days of delivery, contact us at contact@vcihair.com. Beyond this period, we may not be able to assist. Please be patient as the courier investigates; this process typically takes up to 10 days. If the courier confirms delivery, no replacement or refund will be issued.
Delayed Delivery
If your parcel has not been delivered within the suggested timeframe, contact us at contact@vcihair.com for an investigation. Delivery times may occasionally be unmet, and no delivery compensation is offered for Standard UK and international delivery services if this occurs. If you report a delayed delivery within the 14-day period, please be patient as the courier investigates. If the parcel cannot be located, a replacement will be issued. Contacting us beyond the 14-day period may limit our ability to assist.
